ASTROFILE will reprocess any report & interpretation order for no charge when the purchaser has provided accurate birth information and is processed incorrectly by ASTROFILE . If your chart is wrong, simply mail the original chart and the first 4 pages of the interpretation to us and we will re-do your chart and interpretation at no charge. We will reimburse you for the postage. (First Class Postage only)

Any orders made by the purchaser, which include inaccurate birth information, will not be reprocessed. A new order must be placed with the correct birth information and include the appropriate payment.

Since these charts and interpretations are custom made for the purchaser and cannot be re-sold, there are NO returns or exchanges for properly processed orders.
